Accessing Education as a Refugee
Our partnership with the Red Cross Lithuania aims to break down barriers to education and provide essential resources for refugee children. These children face many challenges in accessing quality education, such as language barriers, cultural differences, and limited resources. By donating computers to the organization, we are able to help ensure that refugee children have the tools they need to succeed in school. Additionally, we are exploring ways to provide training and support for teachers and volunteers who work with these children, to help them overcome these challenges and succeed in their academic pursuits.
Proud to Make a Difference
Our System Administrator Team Lead, Edvinas Svetlauskas, expressed his pride in our company's donation, stating, "First of all, I am really proud that our company chose to do such a donation. Other companies are choosing profit, and we chose to help people who really need our support now."
For us, volunteering and donations are not just tasks to tick off our to-do list. They are about making a real difference in the world and helping those who need it most. As Edvinas noted, "I hope that this donation helps children learn new things or even do their homework. It helps people search for new jobs on the internet, connect with family abroad, or simply play Solitaire and relax!"
