The information technology company Reiz Tech has acquired CREDITONLINE and CREDITONLINE UK, a developer of a loan and credit management platform. The transaction marks a strategic step for Reiz Tech into the financial technology product development segment and strengthens the company’s position in the global fintech market.
Reiz Tech is a Lithuania-founded IT company that has been providing software development, system modernization, and technology consulting services for more than 20 years. The company employs 200 specialists and operates in European and American markets, with clients across banking, finance, tourism, and other industries. In recent years, Reiz Tech has been steadily investing in the development of its own products – one of the newest platforms is the talent competency management tool Skillit.
CREDITONLINE, the developer of a loan management platform, has been helping financial institutions in Europe, Latin America, and Asia manage the entire loan lifecycle for more than 15 years. The solution covers loan origination, risk assessment, KYC/AML processes, compliance management, customer support, debt administration, and other core lending operations. The platform offers a large integration ecosystem and enables clients to quickly enter new markets with multi-language and multi-currency functionality.

CREDITONLINE was recently awarded “Top Loan Management Software in Europe 2025” by Banking CIO Outlook. This recognition further confirms the platform’s quality, innovation, and ability to reliably support high-volume lending businesses.
With the completion of the transaction, the CREDITONLINE product will be integrated into the Reiz Tech product portfolio. Reiz Tech plans to invest in further platform development, AI and automation capabilities, and readiness for new international markets.

According to Valdas Šimas, CEO of Reiz Tech, the acquisition is a natural continuation of the company’s strategic direction. “Over the past three years, we have been consistently diversifying our activities and moving toward developing our own products. CREDITONLINE fits perfectly with our financial technology strategy – it is a mature, globally used solution with a talented and competent team and a clear direction. Reiz Tech brings global experience, technological resources, and AI expertise that will enable even faster platform development. We believe that together with CREDITONLINE we will create more value for clients and open new international opportunities,” says Šimas.

Juozas Rupšys, founder of CREDITONLINE, emphasizes that the decision to transfer the company marks a natural stage of maturity. “After nearly twenty years of building and developing CREDITONLINE, it was time to take on new professional challenges and pursue new goals. I chose Reiz Tech from four candidates because of their professionalism, understanding of fintech lending technologies, and clear product vision. It is important to me that CREDITONLINE’s technology is being taken over by a Lithuanian team, which will ensure continuity of the culture we created. I believe in CREDITONLINE's future and wish the team to remain leaders in lending technology, creating innovations that give clients a competitive advantage, and becoming a global ecosystem center in this field.”
According to Reiz Tech CEO Valdas Šimas, the acquisition supports the company’s recent strategy – growing both through partnerships and through the expansion of its product portfolio. In 2024, Reiz Tech and NTT Data established the company LITIT, which strengthened Reiz Tech’s position in IT competence development and helped lay the foundation for a broader product ecosystem. Reiz Tech and CREDITONLINE are entering the next phase of expansion – they will combine productive development with targeted mergers and acquisitions (M&A) steps.
The financing partners of this transaction are Nter Private Debt Fund and the co-investment platform ROIX.
